Rhagor o fanylion

The Planning Policy Wales promotes action at all levels of the planning process which is conducive to maximising its contribution to the well‑being of Wales and its communities.
The PPW states that development plans and proposals should be prepared within the context of the key planning principles of the planning system, with the first stage; assess plans or proposals against the Strategic and Spatial Choices. Next, the detailed impact and contribution to Active & Social Places, Productive and Enterprising Places and Distinctive & Natural Places is assessed. Key factors in the assessment process include social, economic, environmental and cultural considerations.

This objection has been set out using the same four considerations; social, economic, environmental and cultural. Furthermore, consideration has been given to the ‘five ways of working’ contained in the Well-being Act involvement; collaboration; integration; prevention; and long term factors

Pam gwrthodwyd y ddeiseb hon?

Mae’n ymwneud â rhywbeth nad yw’r Senedd na Llywodraeth Cymru yn gyfrifol amdano.

Awdurdodau lleol sy’n gwneud penderfyniadau ynghylch a ddylid cymeradwyo neu wrthod ceisiadau cynllunio. Mae hyn yn cynnwys ystyried a yw ceisiadau'n bodloni’r gofynion a nodir mewn polisïau cynllunio cenedlaethol. Ni all deisebau i’r Senedd ymwneud â mater y mae gan awdurdod lleol gyfrifoldeb gweithredol drosto ac, felly, ni allwn dderbyn deiseb sy’n ymdrin â’r mater hwn.

Yn hytrach, gallech ystyried cysylltu â Chyngor Merthyr Tudful neu’ch cynrychiolydd lleol i drafod y mater.

Dim ond deisebau nad ydynt yn bodloni’r safonau ar gyfer deisebau y byddwn yn eu gwrthod
