The Welsh government has refused large scale help from the aarmed forces and has stockpiled the Pfizer vaccine instead of delivering it into arms. We are falling behind the other members of the UK and inevitably will not meet the targets set by the UK government. Having the vaccine should not be a postcode lottery. The Welsh government should be prepared to accept external help to our brilliant NHS and sprint to ensure vaccinations start to win against the infection.
