Deiseb a wrthodwyd Campaign to return the Mold Gold Cape to Wales.
As an historic and cultural Artefact of our nation, it is only right that this significant Welsh artefact be returned to its spiritual home. The Previous refusal, by Westminster, to repatriate this plundered artefact, is an ongoing gesture of the oppression of the Welsh people and culture.
Rhagor o fanylion
The Mold Gold Cape was removed from its site, and was sold by the wealthy landowner, in 1836. The artefact is, arguably, one of the most significant pieces of cultural artwork in the world and it is only right that it be returned to its home nation, where it belongs.
As this cultural artwork is world renowned, it would be fitting that it be repatriated, so that cultural tourists are able to appreciate this masterpiece in context with the nation that gave birth to its story.
Pam gwrthodwyd y ddeiseb hon?
Mae’n ymwneud â rhywbeth nad yw’r Senedd na Llywodraeth Cymru yn gyfrifol amdano.
Mae’n rhaid i ddeisebau i’r Senedd alw am gamau gweithredu penodol sy’n dod o fewn pwerau’r Senedd neu Lywodraeth Cymru.
Am y rheswm hwn, ni allwn dderbyn deisebau sy'n galw ar y Senedd i ofyn am rywbeth neu i ymgyrchu dros rywbeth sydd y tu allan i'w phwerau neu ei chyfrifoldebau uniongyrchol.
Dim ond deisebau nad ydynt yn bodloni’r safonau ar gyfer deisebau y byddwn yn eu gwrthod
Mae deisebau a wrthodwyd yn cael eu cyhoeddi yn yr iaith y cawsant eu cyflwyno ynddi
