Deiseb a wrthodwyd Fines should be introduced for cyclist's that break the speed limit.

Cyclist's are a danger to pedestrians and other road users, specifically when riding at speeds above the indicated speed limit.

Bicycles do not have the same braking efficiency as cars and motorcycles and are designed without consideration to collisions with pedestrians or other vehicles, unlike cars and motorcycles.

This leaves the general public at risk of catastrophic injury and no recourse for compensation for injury rehabilitation.

Bicycles are capable of exceeding the speed limit.
