Deiseb a wrthodwyd Recall ALL Senedd MS due to widespread evidence of 10% to 30% of all Welsh electors having Greivance

The Senedd paper entitled Number: P-06-1267 Petition title: Create a recall mechanism for poorly performing Members of
the Senedd claims that there is no existing mechanism to recall MS members. https://business.senedd.wales/documents/s124369/Research%20Brief.pdf unless for example:

Has been found guilty of corrupt or illegal practices at elections;

Similar claims were made in the UK Parliament debate here recently: https://www.youtube.com/live/a1BAM81Twgk?si=-6ES_sa6Nuasnmoq

Rhagor o fanylion

Recall of MPs by petition to Government has always been tradition, be it one MP or any number. It had never been exclusive to the King or Prime Minister or First Minister.
The powers to try MPs/MS was extended to the Courts due to Government corruption, in a study paper by Worcester University. The Parliamentary Elections Act 1770 does not remove power to petition parliament. The Parliamentary Elections Act, 1868 can not remove petition right of the subjects. The Recall of MPs Act 2015 has article 10(b) to retain. The "other means" of removing members.
Therefore, there is ALWAYS the right to petition Government to remove any member or members. Always.
Any private person could prosecute an Election Petition against one or all members of Senedd. Thus resulting in their removal.

It is the RIGHT to petition the Kings Writ in ANY subject, by the 1688 Bill of Rights, Right to Petition. Therefore debate: Can MS members be removed by petition? Give evidence to disprove or confirm our claim

Pam gwrthodwyd y ddeiseb hon?

Nid yw’n glir beth mae’r ddeiseb yn gofyn i’r Senedd neu Lywodraeth Cymru ei wneud. Mae angen i ddeisebau alw ar y Senedd neu’r Llywodraeth i gymryd camau penodol.

Dim ond deisebau nad ydynt yn bodloni’r safonau ar gyfer deisebau y byddwn yn eu gwrthod

Mae deisebau a wrthodwyd yn cael eu cyhoeddi yn yr iaith y cawsant eu cyflwyno ynddi
