Deiseb a wrthodwyd Stop Wales from being covered in huge corporate wind and solar farms.

There are a number of huge wind and solar farms planned for Wales on top of what we already have. Most are backed by offshore money investors with no benefit or taxes going into Wales or the UK.
For too long Wales has had its resources plundered and taken only to benefit others.
Wales has a huge cultural history along with many beautiful open spaces that need protecting for our future generations. The more this world shrinks, the more we will need them.

If these plans go ahead, it will be Ecocide on a huge scale.
Yes, we all need to be greener but we should not destroy landscapes sacred to the Welsh people to get it. Being green means smaller, community led, green energy ideas that benefit Wales and the local communities. (Not corporate “pay off pots”) People have a right to be in control of what happens, their thoughts and ideas not to be squashed by the run to get net zero when Wales already produces enough electric for itself.
If we are to survive this ever shrinking world, we will need green spaces with wildlife and nature, where people can connect and spend time doing outdoor pursuits that are so necessary for positive mental health.
It is time for the Welsh Ministers to listen to the people of Wales, we ask them to protect our land for our future generations., to say NO to any corporate giant wind and solar farms, and to stop Wales from being used and take from once again. Invest in Wales for the Welsh people.
