Deiseb a wrthodwyd We the undersigned believe that honour-able elections for Senedd's 1st Minister 🗳 are compromised
The Senedd needs a fair process for selecting its 1st Minister.
Some members were required to renounce certain entitlements and honours in order to be allowed to stand for election.
Those honours and entitlements attatch identifiable benefits and influencial peer effects, which have measurable consequences upon their recognition and substance. Which is why it is required that such benefits are obliterated before entering the Senedd. For fairness and equality reasons and ranking.
Rhagor o fanylion
The Election process for 1st Minister from among the Senedd members if Prejudiced, biased or discriminatory, should upon identification of any illicit assett or other benefit or entitlement which was not permissible in the qualities and factors being allowed up for consideration. Or, being other Disqualified attributes or other advantages in the posession of any member of the Welsh Assembly which they should not be in posession of.
And if such Disqualified benefit or privilege is identified to being still retained in as much as that it can be proved it was used or had an effect in the voting or decision making by other Senedd members in the election process for 1st Minister...
Then that should Disqualify a member of Senedd from the election in the 1st Minister contest.
Discarded honour which was officially renounced yet nevertheless still was employed and identified as being attached to the results of an contest and the reason for winning it.
Thus the competition would be void
Pam gwrthodwyd y ddeiseb hon?
Nid yw’n glir beth mae’r ddeiseb yn gofyn i’r Senedd neu Lywodraeth Cymru ei wneud. Mae angen i ddeisebau alw ar y Senedd neu’r Llywodraeth i gymryd camau penodol.
Dim ond deisebau nad ydynt yn bodloni’r safonau ar gyfer deisebau y byddwn yn eu gwrthod
Mae deisebau a wrthodwyd yn cael eu cyhoeddi yn yr iaith y cawsant eu cyflwyno ynddi
