Deiseb a wrthodwyd We challenge the election of the 1st Minister that the votes were influenced by a previous honour
The 1st Minister though qualified to be a Senedd member was benefitting from effect of a previous honour. Which was supposed to be discarded. The Senedd & press referenced & put to usage this past title & honour which advantages are intelligible in the votes & proceedings, whereby the other voting members did favor that meritable effect in their votes cast.
Therefore we believe that the election is void for 1st minister.

A petition relating to an election, but not questioning the return of the sitting member (original seat), may properly be received.
A few words will suffice to explain the proceedings of the house, so far as its jurisdiction is still exercised in matters of election. Doubts were expressed concerning the jurisdiction. Otherwise the house uniformly exercised its constitutional jurisdiction. This continues to be the position of the house. The election committee jurisdiction is open to judges, (not transferred) because parliament IS "a High Court" the high court of parliament.
Regardless, any election matter that is within the Senedd, Scottish parliament is received and may collect signatures because it is lawful and any deterrent or obstruction in this pursuit is a contempt and misconduct against petitioners. Where we have a true honest greivance.
Pam gwrthodwyd y ddeiseb hon?
Nid yw’n glir beth mae’r ddeiseb yn gofyn i’r Senedd neu Lywodraeth Cymru ei wneud. Mae angen i ddeisebau alw ar y Senedd neu’r Llywodraeth i gymryd camau penodol.
Dim ond deisebau nad ydynt yn bodloni’r safonau ar gyfer deisebau y byddwn yn eu gwrthod
