Deiseb a wrthodwyd Speed bumps or other speed reducing system on harlequin Drive newport

Our street that we live in has a dead end, but cars still feel the need to speed at very high speeds through it, our children should be allowed to play safely in their street without cars doing 60mph if not more sometimes up the street, our animals aren't safe either, you wouldn't be happy if this was in your street so why should we have to just sit back and allow for it in ours?
