Deiseb a wrthodwyd Reopen gyms in Wales

It’s common knowledge now that gyms are one of the few places that carry the lowest rates of infection at a mere 1.7%. Highly effective health and safety procedures are put in place and distancing is followed. Fitness will not only reduce the ever climbing rates of mental health issues and suicide rates but will also assist in keeping the country fit and healthy, mentally and physically, which is only an advantage to reducing the infection rates. Businesses and lives will be lost if we don’t act
