Deiseb a wrthodwyd Reverse Mark Drakeford’s policy of holding back administering life saving vaccines.
Mark Drakeford is quoted as saying the vaccines had to last until February to prevent ‘vaccinators standing around with nothing to do’.
Dr David Bailey, Chair of the British Medical Association says he is ‘deeply concerned’ and the approach is ‘bewildering’.
Wales is behind the other UK nations in vaccinating the over 80’s. He was not elected to play god with the people of Wales. In holding back a vaccine in a pandemic for operational reasons, the policy is putting lives in direct danger.
