Deiseb a wrthodwyd Stop PJA and it's Chairman Phil Jones conducting the review into the 20mph blanket

When the blanket 20mph was implemented extremely poorly by the WAG, it wasn't made common knowledge that PJA and It's chairman Phil Jones was the instigator, now the same company/person is reviewing his original findings which is not ethical, and cannot be impartial.

The WAG have invested a figure of £33 million into this debacle, and appointing the same person that was the driving force along with his mate Lee Waters to review the implementation is an injustice to the 468,000 petitioners who oppose the blanket 20mph legislation.
